To maintain the platform's integrity, users must agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse engineer the proprietary AI models or source code.
• Use the platform for spamming or any illegal marketing activities.
• Deploy automated scripts that interfere with platform operations.

3. Intellectual Property

4. Limitation of Liability

Services are provided on an "as-is" basis. Ringscale AI is not liable for indirect damages or business interruptions resulting from platform usage or AI-generated interactions.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes shall be settled exclusively within the jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
